Important Notice
Our course content is instantly consumable upon purchase. Once you gain access to our educational materials, videos, and resources, they are immediately available for viewing and consumption. Due to the digital and instant nature of our content, refunds are only available under very specific conditions as outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
TMB Solutions Private Limited, operating as TMB AI Education, operates on a digital content delivery model where course materials are instantly accessible upon successful payment. As our content is immediately consumable, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
Refunds may be considered only in the following specific circumstances:
2.1 Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course content, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. This includes:
- Inability to access the platform despite following troubleshooting steps
- Persistent video playback errors that cannot be resolved
- Account access issues that prevent course viewing
Note: You must contact our support team and allow us to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
2.2 Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same course multiple times due to a technical error on our platform, we will process a full refund for the duplicate purchase(s) within 48 hours of the original purchase.
2.3 Unauthorized Transaction
If your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a refund if the transaction is confirmed to be unauthorized. You may also need to contact your bank or payment provider.
2.4 Course Not as Described
If the course content significantly differs from what was described on our platform, and you notify us within 7 days of purchase without having consumed more than 10% of the course content, we may consider a refund. This does not apply to subjective preferences or expectations.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
- Inability to complete the course due to time constraints
- Dissatisfaction with course content after consuming more than 10% of the material
- Failure to meet personal learning expectations
- Technical issues on your end (browser compatibility, internet connectivity, device problems)
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- If you have already received a certificate of completion or similar credential
- If you have shared or distributed course content in violation of our Terms
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team at support@tmbskills.org within the applicable time frame
- Provide your purchase details (order number, email address used for purchase, date of purchase)
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request and how it meets one of the eligible conditions
- Provide any supporting documentation or evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- For technical issues, allow our support team to attempt resolution first
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Review Period
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information during this review process.
5.2 Approval and Processing
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
5.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the specific circumstances and the amount of content consumed.
6. Access Revocation
Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course content will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to view course materials, and your account access may be modified accordingly.
7. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If that payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card), you must provide alternative payment details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information.
8. Affiliate Commissions
If a refund is processed for a purchase made through an affiliate referral, any commissions earned by the affiliate will be reversed or deducted from future earnings.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to fair resolution of disputes and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
10. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
